We highly appreciate your cooperation to pay the registration fee as early as possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellation and/or refund requests must be made in writing to the ECM 127 Local Organizing Committee.
- For cancellations postmarked on or before 23:59 (GMT+8), 16 January 2018, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded less handling fee.
- For cancellations requested after 16 January 2018, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded less handling fee.
- For cancellations made on or after 00:01 (GMT+8), 01 February 2018, no fees will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued after the ECM.
